| 原理 | |
| 將培養後的病毒進行核酸粗萃取後，利用即時反轉錄聚合酶連鎖反應來進行病毒表面抗原鑑定。在巢式聚合酶連鎖反應過程中，目標核酸片段會標記上特定標定物並擴增，再將其擴增產物滴到免疫層析檢測試紙卡匣內，待五分鐘後，即可讀取結果。 | |
